Plenty of customers check a Facebook Page before they visit or message. A Page with the right address, hours and contact details tells them they've found the real you.
What's different on Facebook
A Facebook Page is run by people, not by one password. Meta gives three kinds of access: Facebook access with full or partial control, task access, and Community Manager access.
A Page can get stuck when the only person with full control leaves. Give full control to someone who stays, and give everyone else only the access their job needs.

A Page that's clearly yours, with today's hours, saves a customer from messaging a stranger's Page or arriving at a closed door.
A clear Page helps people recognize your business and start a conversation. It doesn't let an AI agent buy from you: that takes a separate connection you authorize, and payment stays with your payment provider.
