Good to know
Short answers first. Open any one for the detail.
Name, address, phone, website and opening hours. Some platforms also take categories and holiday hours, but not every platform takes every field.
Start with your business name, address, phone number, website and opening hours. Some destinations also accept categories, descriptions and special opening times. A field available in your location record is not automatically accepted by every destination. Check the platform guide for the scope that applies.
Photos are handled separately from your details, and a platform may review a photo before it appears.
Photo support is separate from business details. One platform may accept location images; another may require additional brand permission or owner access. Uploading a photo and having it appear publicly are separate steps, and the destination may review it.
Reading and replying are separate abilities. We confirm both for each platform you use.
These are two different questions. A review can be available to read even when the connection cannot publish a reply. Replies may also depend on the review type and the account's permissions. Use the individual guide to check both functions before choosing a workflow.
Owner or manager access for some platforms; others receive your details by export, so it depends on the platform. Your accounts stay yours.
Some platforms need permission from an owner or manager. Others receive information through a distribution process. Your location must also be matched to the right business record. Keep ownership of your business accounts and use the platform's permission process when access is required.
How the two doors work
Obenan keeps your business facts in one place. People use them to find your door, and with a supported connection, AI agents can use them too.
Physical door
Search, maps and directories show your business details.
What each one shows can differ by country and account.

Understand your business
With a supported connection, an agent can read the facts you control. A directory listing alone does not reach every AI service.
Take a step toward a purchase
Where you switch it on, an agent can prepare a cart and hand the customer to your checkout.
Your shop and payment systems
Your system confirms products, availability, options, delivery, tax and the final amount. Checkout and payment happen here.
Obenan does not hold payment credentials, settle payments or act as merchant of record.
A checkout handoff is not a confirmed order. Your system confirms orders and their status.
Shared by both doors
Your name, address, opening hours and contact details.
The roster
Every directory and platform in Obenan's roster, from A to Z. Where one shares a listing with another or is inactive, its row says so. We confirm which ones apply to your locations.
These words describe how a destination receives information in Obenan's records: through a software interface, either to the destination itself or to the record it shares (recorded as an API connection), or as an export file that the destination or a distributor imports (recorded as export-based). Neither means a separate connection, and neither confirms coverage for a specific location.
These surfaces sit under one parent record. They appear as separate rows, but they are not separate connections and they do not inherit each other's features.
